光谱影像流式细胞术

我们开发了世界上第一台光谱影像流式细胞仪,每秒能够深入分析 5,000 个细胞的分子信息和形态学信息。这项原创新技术可以高通量地为每个细胞生成多角度的无标记散射图像和 32/64 通道的荧光图像。为此,我们发明了使用衍射光学的线性阵列点激发 (LASE) 成像方法,并开发了用于高速 3D 流体动力学聚焦的微流控芯片和利用电脉冲空化单气泡的 MEMS 分选器。

 

该技术每三分钟可分析100万个细胞,提供精准且丰富的分子和形态学信息。这些高质量且经济高效的数据有望发展成为一种新型的细胞组学,类似于基因组学、蛋白质组学和代谢组学。这些数据可被广泛用于科研、医学和工业中,包括细胞图谱创建、药物发现、血液分析、合成生物学、细胞和基因治疗、液体活检、分子育种和海洋生物学,以及其他与单细胞分析相关的领域。

 

目前,我们正在将光谱成像流式细胞术用于分析全血,目的是实现恶性血液病(如白血病)的早期诊断。传统的血涂片是通过显微镜人工目检实现的,不仅效率低、灵敏度低,并且高度依赖于专业人员的临床经验。通过与人工智能相结合,我们的技术将给传统的全血细胞计数 (CBC) 测试装上永不疲倦且高效的“专家之眼”,精准识别早期异常。这一技术将能够更早、更准确地诊断血液相关疾病,惠及全球数十亿人。
